How it Works
Searching for specific products is so easy and can by filtered several different ways:
- By Supplier
- By Brand
- By Market Segment
- By Product Category
Or you can simply enter the type of product in the "search directory".
Registration
General viewing of products on the website is allowed, but to enjoy the full experience you will need to register as a user.
Registering is simple. All that we require is your name, company and contact details and you're ready to go.
You can also insert your company logo if you wish, so that collections and specification sheets can be automatically set up for you to use in your client's presentations .
Collections
You can create a working "collection" where you can collate a selection of products for each project you are working on.
You can save your collection, revisit and update as many times as you want. All that is required is some additional information, such as the Reference Number, Project Name, Address and State (specifier and company detail automatically included).
Worksheets
"Collections" can be changed to a specification worksheet which becomes more detailed in information.
The worksheet still has the same basic info but also includes prices, availability and lead times.
Creating a specification worksheet allows the specifier to request samples or information from the supplier. This is simply done by selecting the required request and then clicking send.

- Request a Sample
- Request a Quote (price & availability/ lead-times)
These requests are sent to the relevant suppliers.
Specifications
You can edit the specification sheets as many time as you require by:
- Remove Products
- Adding Products
- Change Pricing
- Remove Pricing
- Include Sales lines e.g. delivery charges
These specification sheets can be saved, printed and emailed (PDF non-editing) for presentation to your clients.
Each specification sheet will remain active until you mark the project specification to be either "awarded" or "lost" then this will be placed in our archive but can still be viewed and recovered anytime you require.
